How does reporting work for a fleet of several boats?
After every visit, you receive a photo report per unit — general condition, mooring, cleanliness, anomalies detected. Sent directly to your designated contact (email or WhatsApp). You get a complete view of your fleet without leaving your desk.
How is pricing handled for a mixed fleet (different sizes)?
Each unit is priced according to its length (<10 m, 10–14 m, >14 m), then the fleet discount applies to the monthly total. You get a line-by-line breakdown. Custom quote within 24h.
Do you also manage technician visits (mechanic, electrician)?
Yes. When we detect an anomaly, we notify you immediately and coordinate the right partner technician's visit. You don't need to search, call or wait — we handle the introduction and on-site welcome.
Can you prepare boats before a boat show or a buyer visit?
This is one of our specialties. Full interior/exterior cleaning, hull waxing, dehumidification, showcasing. We can intervene the day before a visit on request, included in the Sérénité and Prestige plans.
What's the minimum commitment period?
No minimum commitment. Cancel by email with 15 days' notice. We'd rather work long-term because the quality speaks for itself — not because a contract forces you to.
